Our Sport Dog Loyalty Program automatically tracks your participation in Agility, K9 Nose Work, and Happy Ratters drop-in classes and rewards you for showing up and putting in the work with your dog.
How the Sport Dog Loyalty Program Works
Create an Acuity Account
All clients must have an active Acuity Scheduling account. This is how attendance is tracked.
Attend Sport Drop-In Classes
All attended drop-in classes are automatically counted, including:

Happy Ratters

No Punch Cards Required
We do not issue physical or digital punch cards. Attendance is logged through our scheduling system.
Track Your Own Progress
Clients are responsible for monitoring their own attendance totals.
Redeem Your Reward
Once you believe you’ve reached a reward tier, email us to request your reward.

Everything You Need To Know
Drop-in classes, unless specified otherwise (such as NW Pop-Ups), meet at our facility at 428 Zimmerman St. North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
Please review details listed in this section on the class page.
Classes may vary, but generally if you are brining a dog, please provide the following:
- Your dog! On a well fitted collar or harness attached to a 4-6 ft leash. You may consider a specific harness just for scentwork class but don’t need to rush out and buy one right away. We can discuss this more in class.
- Soft stinky treats. Something that your dog can consume quickly! No dry boring milkbones! You will hand your treats to me at the beginning of class so I can set them up in the search area. Be sure to bring extra to keep on your person to reward your dog for good behavior in their crate if needed.
- A copy of your dog’s up to date vaccination record for our files. You can hand it to us in class or email it.
