Designed by certified trainers and Licensed Veterinary Technicians Jessica and Marissa, this class teaches essential skills to create a stress-free experience for grooming, husbandry, and vet visits. With over 27 years of combined veterinary experience, they provide expert guidance to help dogs feel more comfortable with handling and examinations.

🐕🎩✨ Canine Tricks Class

Looking for a fun way to bond with your dog? This class teaches exciting tricks such as spin, shake, hold, crawl, get up, and paws up. Have a unique trick in mind? Bring your creativity and teach custom tricks like “give hugs”! You also have the option to take the AKC Trick Dog Evaluation to earn official titles.

patio🐾🍺☀️ Drink With Your Dog Patio Classes

Teach your dog the skills needed to successfully and responsibly visit dog-friendly spaces like breweries and patios. This 4-week course includes a Brewery Dog Evaluation at the final class. Open to teams who have completed House Dog Obedience Level 1 or 2 or earned their Canine Good Citizen (CGC). This is a mixed-level class—previous students can return to earn Level 2 or 3 DWYD titles!

🐶🏥💗 Therapy Dog Classes & Testing

Therapy dogs bring comfort and joy to schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. This class prepares you and your dog for therapy work by exposing them to real-world scenarios. Testing will be offered through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Prerequisites: obedience training, CGC (recommended), and a friendly, stable temperament.

Cancellation Policy for Specialty Classes

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the structure of each Specialty Class. Please review the details below:

Drop-In Classes & Single-Day Workshops

  • If you need to cancel, we request that you do so at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another team.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class are non-refundable, and if payment has not been made, you will be charged.

  • If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, a refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees.

4-6 Week Group Class Sessions

  • Your registration reserves a spot in a limited-capacity class. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class start date are eligible for a full refund, minus payment processing fees.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus payment processing fees.

  • No refunds will be issued after the class start date. If payment was not collected at registration, you will still be billed accordingly.

  • Specialty classes run on a limited basis, and make-ups are not available for missed classes.
