Breeder Stay & Train Program

Give your puppy a head start with our Stay and Train Program, available exclusively to puppies purchased through select breeders.

This unique program allows your puppy to remain at their breeder’s home for an additional three weeks after their original go-home date. During this time, your puppy receives personalized, one-on-one training from professional dog trainers four days per week.

✅ Program Eligibility

This program is available for puppies purchased through the following breeder programs:

• Cavapoo Kennels – Premier Puppy Program

• Cavapoo Acres – Executive Puppy Program

• Newfiedoodles of WNY – Elite Puppy Program

• St. Berdoodles of WNY – Elite Puppy Program

All training is conducted on-site at the breeder’s location, providing a familiar and comfortable environment for your puppy to learn and grow.

• Charging the Clicker

• Follow a Food Lure

• Name Recognition

• Hand Target

• Mat Work – Step 1

• Release / Reset Cues

• Sit

• Introduction to Harness / Collar

• Light Handling & Restraint

Week 2

• Review of Week 1 Behaviors

• Mat Work – Step 2

• Down

• Longer Duration in Harness / Collar

• Crate Games

• Accepting Grooming Equipment, Handling & Restraint

• Flying Cookie Game

Week 3

• Review of Weeks 1 & 2 Behaviors

• Mat Work – Step 3

• Introduction to Leash with Harness or Collar

• Duration in Crate

• Accepting Additional Grooming Equipment, Handling & Restraint

Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with important next steps, including:

• A link to our Stay and Train Program Summary Page, which includes valuable handouts and example training videos.

• Instructions on how to access your puppy’s individual weekly recap videos (posted to our YouTube channel).

• How to schedule your complimentary Zoom lesson (if applicable) with your puppy’s trainer.

Your breeder may include a complimentary virtual session, and we offer a discounted rate for your first virtual lesson if one is not included.

The cost of the Stay and Train Program is included in the purchase price of your puppy through the participating breeders listed above.
